Overview

The challenges and pursuits of a growing DX company.

We developed the corporate site for MOTA Co., Ltd., which aims to “Promote Fair Trade Worldwide.” The company drives digital transformation in the automotive distribution market through services like pre-assessment-based car buying, and C2B used car auctions.

Insight

Challenges arising from rapid growth.

As MOTA rapidly expanded its core business in the automotive distribution market, it faced challenges in hiring enough skilled talent to commit to its endeavors. We were tasked to create a corporate site that effectively communicates the company’s values and vision for the future, enhancing corporate understanding and aiding in recruiting top talent, ultimately supporting the company’s continued growth.

Idea

The tenacity to keep moving forward, even when the path isn't straight.

Shiftbrain defined MOTA’s perseverance and commitment as central to its identity and reflected this in the website’s design.
The bold, prominent logo above the fold features a deliberate grunge effect to create an emotional impact. We also used lines that move deeper into the screen with scrolling to represent the company’s spirit, captured in its name: “Move On, Travel Around.” The simple yet awe-inspiring layout reinforces the brand’s core values. Animations and images that advance, along with stellar copy, illustrate MOTA’s future business endeavors, seamlessly merging the company’s vision for the future with its present state on the website.
