A new attempt to combine virtual space and 3DCG models.
We were in charge of the web design and front-end implementation of the “SUPER MODEL ROOM” virtual space for “The Park House,” a new condominium for sale by Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Co. This is a special site for a new attempt, in which Ms. Ai Tominaga, a digital twin (*), gives a room tour in a digitalized space.
*Digital Twin is a service provided by CyberAgent, Inc. to create and manage official 3DCG models of celebrities as their “alter egos” and cast celebrity digital twins.

Insight

Consider a balance that does not detract from realism and does not destroy the world view.

Our first goal was to create a worldview with the elegance of “The Park House” and a sense of luxury befitting Ai Tominaga’s lifestyle. Another challenge was to design a UI that would allow visitors to experience a virtual tour in a simple and uncomplicated way, as if they were right there.

Idea

The maximum luxury of the production.

To create a sense of luxury, typefaces and colors throughout the site were carefully selected, and animations reminiscent of the “The Park House” logo were used throughout. In addition, to create a pleasant experience for both PC and smartphone viewers, the site uses animation to reduce the weight and improve the UI.
