Conceptualization and creation of "New Businesses and Services".
We undertook the branding for NEWh Co., Ltd., an innovation design consulting & studio that accompanies the development of new businesses and services of large companies.
We provided the overall art direction by creating the logo, corporate website design, visual assets and design guides for documents, and the website for the company’s design x management magazine “Question & Design.”

Questioning what is needed and leading the way.
The “Wh” in the company name “NEWh” means “to discover new “Why” questions, find new “What” missions, and “How” to realize them through digital and other new approaches and implement them in society. The branding of the company was aimed at two things. The first was to show the company’s commitment to its clients, who are in charge of new businesses, the thoughts behind the company’s name and its attitude toward accompanying them in their efforts. The second was to convey the importance of incorporating design into management to managers and CDOs (Chief Design Officers).

We created a logo with a variable “Wh” as opposed to the neutral “NE” in the company name. Based on their belief that there are as many “Wh “s as there are clients and as many employees, we also designed custom-made logos for all employees. Currently, they have created more than 60 logo patterns, expressing their corporate attitude of being willing to change.
We were also in charge of website production for “Question & Design,” a design x management magazine published by the company. We aimed to create an appropriate appearance for this website, which collects and disseminates widely through the introduction of design knowledge necessary for management and successful case studies from Japan and abroad. The illustrations we created had a certain uniqueness and freedom to match the magazine’s theme and assumed target, and the overall magazine atmosphere and website were designed based on NEWh’s brand guidelines.
