We were in charge of the corporate website renewal of RICHKA Inc., which runs a creative agency business that is digitally strong and cloud services such as “RICHKA Cloud Studio,” which boasts a track record of being implemented by more than 2000 companies that are mainly major operating companies and advertising agencies. We took their company name change in 2021 as an opportunity to aim to create a website that conveys once again “what sort of organization” this company is, “what it is thinking,” and “what sort of activities it carries out” both within and outside the company.

Conveying its "essential beliefs" that lie at the root of its "strengths."
RICHKA’s main SaaS business, “RICHKA Cloud Studio,” has been increasing the quality of its service and gaining recognition throughout the years. On the flip side, the image of “RICHKA = being able to create videos easily” took the lead, which became an issue. What the company really wanted to achieve was “to make the world more abundant by enriching communication.” For this site renewal, we designed communication that would allow users within and outside the company to correctly gain awareness of and empathize with their essential beliefs and values while appealing to users with their service’s characteristics and strengths.

Expressing RICHKA's personality with the entire website.
RICHKA’s dedication to researching products and sincerity to their customers, as well as their cheerful company culture of being considerate towards their colleagues and openly interacting with them, form the base of their service’s expansion. For their website, other than explaining RICHKA’s beliefs and business, we designed the content and layout so that the source of the company’s strengths, which is its personality, would be vividly portrayed.
Also, we incorporated a Switch-style gimmick into the website and focused our efforts on allowing users to more deeply experience the company’s mission, “Switch to The RICH. Making the world abundant through creativity.”
