Shaping Panasonic’s Vision of an Ideal World

“VISION UX” represents Panasonic Design’s vision of an ideal world 10 years from now. Based on extensive research and insights drawn from numerous future scenarios, it envisions “a world where actions that care for oneself, loved ones, and the planet continue to spread.”

SHIFTBRAIN was responsible for creating a website that deepens understanding of the twelve scenes and worldviews envisioned by Panasonic Design, serving as a platform to connect with potential co-creation partners.

Insight

Balancing Design and Scalability

The goal of the website was to achieve a design with high flexibility and scalability.
It serves as a platform to showcase the company’s wide-ranging activities and to foster opportunities for co-creation with partners both inside and outside the organization—helping realize the vision it aspires to.

Idea

A Future Where Everything Coexists in the Spirit of “Becoming with”

The circular design of the first view represents a single world where each vision is interconnected. By incorporating dynamic elements—such as people, living beings, and drones moving and flying across the scene—we expressed the company’s core philosophy of “Becoming with” (co-creation).

At the same time, the website highlights the individual technologies and systems that make up this grand vision, showcasing the company’s technical excellence and high level of precision. Furthermore, careful attention was given to CMS usability, achieving a balance between expressive range and ease of operation to bring the website to life.
