Overview

"Making the customer's voice the protagonist of business"

A renewal of the service site for “CREATIVE SURVEY,” an online survey and communication platform operated by Creative Survey Inc. In collaboration with baigie Inc., who was responsible for planning and information architecture, SHIFTBRAIN handled the design, frontend and backend work.

Insight

To enhance the value of the product.

The objectives of this renewal were threefold: expanding awareness, strengthening branding, enhancing conversions through advertising influx, and expanding high-quality content. The aim was to deepen users’ understanding of the product when they visited the site and improve the results of ongoing inbound marketing efforts.

Idea

How to express a to B product emotionally.

To match the users’ intent and enthusiasm for “visiting the site for work purposes,” we focused on micro-interactions with icons and small motions rather than adding something big, thereby raising the overall quality. On the product introduction page, we used abstract illustrations and animations to represent the features and convey the freedom to customize, in a manner that is easy to understand.
