We created a corporate website for Terada Knitwear, Inc. with whom we developed the “cucumu” knitwear brand. Their passion for creation is reflected in cucumu. And also their solid technology and performance that support this. We strived to create a website where you can experience all of these in one place.

We first started by unraveling the Terada Knit “identity” that supports the core of the company. The “kindness” that is willing to work hard for people, the environment, and the future, the constantly evolving “technological capabilities,” and the “inquisitive spirit” that always enjoys taking on a challenge. We developed the slogan “”Tough, steady, and warm” to embody this philosophy of Terada Knit’s fundamental being.

Since the founding of the company, our passion for creating knitwear, and our technological capabilities have evolved step by step, and within this our achievements have built up. We worked to build this website which lets you experience all of these things as though they were a single strand of wool woven together. As you scroll through, the minimalist, yet clear single-stroke illustrations which appear tell you of the tone of the brand. These animations add affection and kindness. We created it so that all the materials and creativity are arranged on a single line and line up in the same direction.
