We rebranded Tokyo Systems Development Inc. We were in charge of the CI, logo, corporate website, workshops, and magazine.What will be the “reliance” of employees

Insight

What will be the "reliance" of employees.

TSD is a company in which employees are temporarily transferred to client companies to develop long-term systems and software, making it a challenge to provide each employee with a sense of belonging. Therefore, it was necessary to embody the “ideas” and “goals” of the company as well the “strengths” of the employees in order to provide them with a place of support.

Idea

Forming connections with employees.

We conducted a series of interviews and verbalized the strengths that TSD has developed to date and what it aims to achieve in the future. We created a CI and design tone based on the ideas that they value in all aspects of their business, such as “manufacturing by each individual hand” and “close communication with customers. We developed their logo and website, and created a visual base for their business.

We also held internal workshops based on these brand concepts. We created a place for employees who do not normally interact with each other to talk about the brand, and then we created a magazine with illustrations of the content of their conversations. We will continue our activities to bring the ideas of TSD into the experience of each and every employee and into their hands.
